This policy outlines the shipping and delivery terms for orders placed through Tressly® operating within the United Kingdom.
1. Processing Time

All orders are processed and prepared for dispatch within [1-3] business days (Monday to Friday, excluding UK public holidays).

Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

5. Damages

Tressly® is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim. You must also contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can assist you with the claims process.
6. Incorrect Shipping Addresses
If a product is returned to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address provided by the customer, the customer will be responsible for the cost of reshipment. We will contact you to confirm the correct address before reshipping the order.
